I have now used this company for several projects and I'm always pleased. They are professional, knowledgeable, and consistent. The most recent time was having a new HAVAC system installed. They were able to complete the process the same day and went above and beyond even repairing some bad wiring from the previous system to ensure the new system worked.

If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I had water on my floor infront of the HVAC, Which resulted in water in my newly encapsulated crawl space and they came out to find out what the issue was. Long story short I was quoted 17 thousand dollars and told I would need to replace all of my duct work. After breaking down in tears I called WNC Climate Control. I was informed that I could replace 1 thing and the total was $695. 00. All about heating and air is all about price gouging. If you want to pay thousands of dollars for work that is unnecessary their the company that will help you do it.

The technician came in and diagnosed the issue, then replaced the part and blew out the drain line and done. Fantastic job

My "Smart" A/C System - Carrier - sent me a notice that I had a Code 81 THERMAL LOCKOUT IN LOW STAGE 4 HOURS (Code: 81) when I woke up on a Saturday morning. I had no clue what this meant - didn't sound good - never seen it before. I called All About Heat & Air on a Saturday - no surcharge for a Saturday call - and they showed up around noon same day - long/short Cole their tech, and another guy - I forget his name - my bad - figured it out quick, and replaced the capacitor for a happy price. System has been working great since. Thank you Cole, the other guy, & All About Heat & Air!

Called for service on a Saturday morning, A/C fixed and running by that afternoon. Office staff was fantastic about getting someone out for repair, Spencer (A/C Technician) got right on analyzing issue, repaired quick and at a very fair cost. I will be sticking with All About Heat & Air for all my HVAC needs in the future. Great job !

The professionals at All About Heat and Air were wonderful. The cost of the A/C unit and air handler was fairly large. I feel the quality of the unit, the warrenty, the quality of the installation, the attention to detail, the respect given to property and customers, and the expertise of the person giving the initial on site review-(Jake) and all the professionals that came to install the unit makes it a great investment. From start to finish they were great.

woke up this friday morning to mini split unresponsive to remote, would not turn on, called All About Heat and Air around 9 a.m.( not wanting to wait until after memorial day weekend for fix). Selected them for google 4.9 star rating. Spoke with personable can do person named Joy, who was able to set me up same afternoon for repair/fix/service. William called to let me know when 30 minutes out from his arrival, and competently got my mitsubishi split working again. I had previously experienced service from one of the large corporate dealerships,never again. This local family operation was just what i was looking for, very reasonable , ethical and competent. they are rated highly for a reason.

We had All About Heat&Air come out to service our heat pump and can’t say enough great things about them! Scheduling was easy and William arrived on time providing exceptional customer service. He was super friendly, wore sanitary shoe slipcovers, explained everything about the tune-up so thoroughly, and was very caring of our home & questions. Highly recommend!

Super great company! No other HVAC company answered their phones late in the day but Jake called back quickly and was at my house in 20 minutes — after hours. He immediately assessed the situation and fixed the problem, which another HVAC tech could not figure out. Then he refused payment! Who does that?! I will always use this company in the future and suggest you do too.

Jake Wilkie came to my house to assess my HVAC systems. Due to the age of my heat pumps and the furnace, I replaced the whole system. The work was professionally done and completed on time.
They even installed thermostats that I can operate through an app. l would definitely recommend Jake and his crew.

My heat pump decided to stop working properly one morning in January. A call to All About Heat and Air assured me they could send a repairman but I was disappointed to learn it would be a few days.
How delighted I was to get a call before the end of the day that there had been a cancelation and Jeremy was on his way. He did an excellent job discovering and fixing the problem. He did a thorough job checking for any other potential problems. I appreciated some advice he gave me regarding the thermostat. He is a credit to the company.

I would hire All About Heat & Air for any job! First, we had another tech come out on X-Mas Eve when we woke up with no heat. They were not able to fix it and said it might be 2 weeks before they could get the part needed. I was charged $300 for Holiday Rate and got no resolution. Cole Jacobus from All About Heat & Air came out, got us a temporary solution so we had heat for a couple days until he could get the part and did not charge a service fee! He saved Christmas at home!! Then when the temp solution stopped working, he came back out again on very short notice on the day after Christmas, found us a ess expensive option to what was originally quoted and got us up and running quickly. I trust them and I am so thankful for the quick turnaround over X-Mas. You won’t regret hiring these professionals!
